Professionally, Paul is an Account Executive with Total Title Solutions, serving Pasco and Hernando counties, and previously served as Membership Development Director for the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce. A past President of the Rotary Club of Trinity and a multi-term President of the Community Service Council, Paul was recognized by Congressman Gus Bilirakis as a 2026 "Hero Among Us."

Professionally, Angel is the Owner/Broker of Leaders Insurance in Trinity, where she helps Pasco families protect their homes, vehicles and assets. Executive Director
Justin McPadden serves as the Executive Director of The Hope Shot. A person in long term recovery, Justin is passionate about helping those who are still suffering from Substance Use Disorder. Growing up in a family with substance use in the house, addiction was normalized and he found himself stuck in active addiction for 23 years.

Nathan Cantie serves as The Hope Shot’s Director of Peer Support, assisting those seeking recovery by navigating them to the proper treatment and community resources, as well as participates in the live podcasts that The Hope Shot broadcasts twice a week. Nathan is a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach.
