Justin McPadden serves as the President and CEO of The Hope Shot. A person in long term recovery, Justin is passionate about helping those who are still suffering from Substance Use Disorder. Growing up in a family with substance use in the house, addiction was normalized and he found himself stuck in active addiction for 23 years.

Tiffani McPadden serves as The Hope Shot Board of Directors' Secretary. Professionally, Tiffani and her husband, Justin, own a for-profit drywall business and Tiffani is the Co-Owner and Office Manager. Tiffani has extensive business administration knowledge.

Cesar Rodriguez serves on The Hope Shot’s Board of Directors as a Community Advocate. He is a person in long term recovery whom has been an incremental advocate in our community for the last several years. Cesar was one of the founding members of Pasco ASAP’s recovery committee and has advocated for local non-profits supporting prevention and recovery on multiple occasions.

Nathan Cantie serves as The Hope Shot’s Vice President, in which he assists those seeking recovery by navigating them to the proper treatment and community resources, as well as participates in the live podcasts that The Hope Shot broadcasts twice a week. Nathan is a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach.
